Performance and Characteristic
1. Roots flow meter with 3¡ high accuracy and equipped with import multifunction secondary instrument with LCD display makes capacity adjustment simple, quick and accuracy.
2. All of main air-actuated and electrical parts are import parts. These ensure the steady performance and excellent quality of the machine.
3. The machines are set up elevated tank system of inner circle pump and equipped with control device for outer pump, it makes the install simple convenience and quick.

Main Functions

Pouch Loading: put the pouches lines into the pouch feeder (about 50 pouches each time), the machine will send the pouches into the running chain automatically. There is a detector for pouch feeding. When the rail has not enough pouches, the machine will stop.
Filling: The filling system is drive by cylinder which is volumetric. Before filling, there is a detector to check the pouch which can stop filling if no pouch. It can fill the nitrogen gas after filling. And the filling system can connect with CIP cleaning system.
Spout Cleaning: Cleans spout after covering.
Cap regulating and feeding: The caps can be placed into the vibrator about 1,000 pcs / time. Line the caps through cap regulator and feed caps onto spouts automatically. There is cap-placing detector which can stop the machine if no cap.
Cap-screwing: Automatically screw the caps on spouts.
Pouch discharging: Discharge finished pouches automatically.
